All OutPhase* pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted using natural gemstones and materials.

Each stone carries its own texture, hue, and subtle imperfections — making every piece truly one of a kind.

As a small, design-led studio, we create most of our jewelry slowly and intentionally, with care given to every detail.

Because of this hands-on process, production typically takes 3–5 business days, but we kindly ask for up to 2 weeks during busy periods or when sourcing specific materials.

We know waiting can feel long — but we promise it’s worth it.

We currently ship worldwide from Canada.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after production is complete.

Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Free shipping may be available for larger orders — please refer to our shipping policy for details.

Kindly note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We hope you love your OutPhase* piece — but if for any reason you’d like to return it, we understand.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.

To initiate a return, please email us at outphase.contact@gmail.com with your order number.

Unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

– As each piece is handmade using natural materials, subtle variations in color or texture are to be expected and are part of its character — not considered defects.
